§ 14-3. Construction permit fees.

The building division shall charge fees and services for permits and services according to a fee schedule, as modified from time to time, without further legislative action. A copy of the fee schedule is made a part of this section and is on file in the city clerk's office. This section does not apply to fees established by the city for fees and services involving zoning, land use and platting.
