§ 18-238. Soundproofing, air conditioning and approval by fire department.

No license shall be issued to an establishment providing entertainment that has not been made completely soundproof so that no noise from the operation may be heard from outside. No license shall be issued to an establishment providing entertainment unless the establishment is fully air conditioned and approved for operation by the fire department.
