§ 1-11. General penalty; continuing violations.

Latest version.

Except where a specific penalty is imposed by state law or local building codes, a violation of any provision of an ordinance or any section of this Code is a civil infraction carrying a maximum civil penalty not to exceed $500.00. Each day that a violation continues shall constitute a separate violation.
