§ 2-117. City clerk.

Subject to the supervision of the mayor, the city clerk shall be the administrative head of the office of the city clerk. The city clerk shall perform the duties and be charged with the responsibilities described in section 4.02 of the Charter and shall supervise the operations of any divisions within the department.
