§ 34-1. Governance of elections.

City municipal elections for mayor and/or councilmembers shall be conducted in accordance with article V, pertaining to elections, of the Charter; the applicable provisions of the Miami-Dade Home Rule Charter and ordinances adopted thereunder; the provisions of F.S. chs. 97, 98, 99, 100, 101, 102, 103, 106; and certain provisions of federal election law, as such may be amended from time to time.
