§ 38-31. Adopted.

  • The city adopts by reference, as if fully set forth in this section, a minimum standard for fire prevention and safety, enforceable within the territorial limits of the city, comprising of the following codes, rules, regulations, standards and laws, as amended from time to time; the South Florida Fire Prevention Code; F.S. ch. 633 and the rules and regulations of the state fire marshal promulgated thereunder; F.S. ch. 791 and the rules, regulations promulgated thereunder, F.S. §§ 806.10 and 806.101; and the standards of the National Fire Protection Association adopted by reference by Miami-Dade County. The codes, rules, regulations, standards and laws shall be known as the city fire prevention code, a copy of which shall be filed in the office of the city clerk for reference.
