§ 38-100. Obedience to signs.

(a)

When official no parking signs are erected at hazardous or congested places pursuant to this article, no person shall stop, stand or park any vehicle other than an authorized emergency vehicle in any such designated place.

(b)

When signs are erected or allowed pursuant to this article, no person shall stop, stand or park a vehicle, other than an authorized emergency vehicle, in any such designated place.
