§ 62-12. Rough or potentially dangerous games.

  • No person shall engage in rough or potentially dangerous games or practice for games, including but not limited to such games as football, baseball, softball, horseshoes, quoits, tennis, volleyball, badminton, or any other games, and no person shall practice or exercise involving throwing or otherwise propelling objects such as balls, stones, arrows, javelins, shuttlecocks, model aircraft or roller skates except in the areas specifically designated and set aside for such recreational usage and only under such conditions that are the accepted method and/or equipment for such activity. The playing or practicing of golf, regardless of the method or equipment, shall be forbidden.
