§ 74-3. Changeable copy signs.

Changeable copy signs are permitted. For a drive-through business, the signs must be affixed to a wall of the business adjacent to the service window or located freestanding parallel to the drive-in lane. Changeable copy signs shall not be included when calculating maximum allowable square footage for signs.
