§ 74-116. Planning and zoning board approval.

Anyone seeking a variance of this chapter concerning the number, location, type and features of a sign shall present a variance application to the planning and zoning board for final decision. Anyone seeking a variance of this chapter up to, but not exceeding, 20 percent of the specific requirements for number, location, type and features of signs may use the procedure for administrative variances.
