§ 82-31. Construction.

Latest version.

All city streets or public roadways shall be constructed according to the latest edition of the county public works manual. No city street or other public roadway shall be constructed that is less than the minimum width required by the county public works manual unless approved by the city council in the same manner as a zoning variance. State and county streets and roadways located within the city shall be constructed according to the state and county standards respectively.
