§ 90-33. Compliance with rates of fare established by council.

Every person licensed under this article shall charge or shall permit to be charged in any motor vehicle operated under his certificate only such rates of fare or compensation as shall be established and prescribed from time to time by ordinance duly passed and adopted by the city council, unless otherwise provided in this article.
