§ 90-66. Revocation.

  • (a)

    Every license issued under this division shall be subject to revocation at any time by the city council upon hearing when it shall appear that the holder thereof has failed or neglected for a continuous period of one year to render the service provided for thereby or for any other good and sufficient reason pursuant to article II of chapter 86.

    (b)

    Renewal of the license may not be issued by the licensing section when the operator has received three or more notices of violation by license inspectors in one calendar year, provided that such decision of the licensing section can be appealed before the city council by the applicant according to the provisions of article II of chapter 86.
