§ 90-136. Display of photograph in for-hire car, for-hire van or for-hire school vehicle.

It shall be unlawful for any driver of a for-hire car, for-hire van or for-hire school vehicle to operate such for-hire car, for-hire van or for-hire school vehicle unless his photograph, with his name and address inscribed thereon, is displayed in a conspicuous place in the passenger compartment of the vehicle.
