§ 98-1112. Uses prohibited.

In the C-2 liberal retail commercial district, any type of residential construction or residential use is prohibited. Swap shops, trading posts, swap meets, open air markets, bazaars, flea markets, and any other marketing center as defined in division 26 of this article, whether permanently established or of a temporary nature, are prohibited.
