§ 74-88. Application.

Latest version.

Application for a permit required under this division shall be filed with the planning and development department on forms to be furnished by the department. The application shall provide the following:
(1)

Written consent of the property owner on whose property the sign is to be situated.

(2)

Two copies of a certified site plan indicating the location of the proposed sign, the location, type and size of all existing signs on the site and the elevation and exterior dimensions of the site or building.

(3)

A copy of the sign drawn to scale, indicating the structure, dimensions, materials, type and method of installation.

(4)

A copy of structural, mechanical and electrical schematic drawings or diagrams, if applicable. Schematic drawings or diagrams of illuminated signs shall include the location of electrical outlets, conduit and lighting sources.
